I can't believe that we are into our 4th week! The last 2 days have been the hardest for me. I do believe that Carter is working us harder, but I also missed 2 days last week. For a very good reason--my husband took me to New York City for my birthday!!!
I have to say, as much as I wanted to do this, there have been a few times I've wished I wasn't there. But when we're done, I am so glad I have worked out! There is a quote that I picked up at a Weight Watchers meeting one time that I like and helps inspire me. I'm not sure who this quote actually came from, but it is so good!
Do not give up what you want most
For what you want at the moment!

Week One at D-1

I was so excited about just starting this. The first day was hard. I thought that the second day was so hard! I wondered about what I had gotten my self into. But I always had wanted to get a personal trainer, to teach me and mostly push me. But my children really got that. And my husband didn't see the need. I think that is because boys and men, atleast in the past, grew up playing sports and got that training. We as women, didn't have as many opportunities to get that training and guidance. I have already seen that our team will support each other, because our work outs are hard. No matter what shape you're in it is tough! Carter is very good and probably the healthiest person I have ever met.
