Week One at D-1

I was so excited about just starting this. The first day was hard. I thought that the second day was so hard! I wondered about what I had gotten my self into. But I always had wanted to get a personal trainer, to teach me and mostly push me. But my children really got that. And my husband didn't see the need. I think that is because boys and men, atleast in the past, grew up playing sports and got that training. We as women, didn't have as many opportunities to get that training and guidance. I have already seen that our team will support each other, because our work outs are hard. No matter what shape you're in it is tough! Carter is very good and probably the healthiest person I have ever met.

Ginny,

So glad you are a part of The HealthQuest on the HomeStretch! You are right, men stay more active naturally and women have to find a way to be more active.

Good for you for recognizing that!

Renee
